Hughes Engineering Ltd has had over 25 years experience in the Design and Manufacture of Bottle and Can handling change parts and also those for labelling, filling, capping and Packing Palletising and as many of our clients will testify to, turning around breakdown parts in hours, rather than days.
Our skilled Technicians have always been involved in the commissioning of our parts to this industry but due to an Increased demand from our clients to provide servicing and personnel as and when required, we have increased our capabilities to meet the high demand and provide a one stop source.
We Hughes Engineering understand the budget restraints on staffing levels within manufacturing facilities and the pressures that absences and holidays can cause in maintaining performance. We feel that we have addressed this situation by offering the services of our experienced workforce on site. backed up with our extensive knowledge and our machine shop facilities.
PREVENTIVE MAINTINANCE
With our Technicians and your key personnel working in partnership, site surveys can be arranged on equipment to provide programmed and preventive maintenance schedules, formulated to accomodate your production needs, thus preventing costly down time. Analysis of critical areas can be undertaken, specifically to minimise and prevent faults from occurring and developing into major defects
Our Rates are highly competitive and can be negotiated in line with the duration of the hire, shift patterns and the level of maintenance support required.
